There are many reasons for the body’s resistance to loss of excess pounds. The “loose” hormones, the irregular diet, and of course the guess, toxins, are one of the reasons for such a state of the body. When the body is loaded with them, it is very often impossible to lose weight.
Tip: The key is to take care of the body in the right way to remove toxins. It means to improve the body’s natural ability to do it and to find a balance. So choose clean, organic food when it’s possible and make sure to sweat well, empty your gut, drink plenty of water and breathe quality every day.
