This one-minute exercise for the whole body is excellent and very useful because it activates all the muscles in the body, it takes no breaks and you can easily insert into your daily schedule crowded. All that is needed is to stand just 60 seconds a day and soon will reach the desired shape. The purpose of this exercise which invented fitness expert Kelly Roberts, is to do as many times you throughout the day so that you start to regularly steal one minute only for yourselves and your health .
When you come to a good fit, you will be able to perform in intervals longer than 10 minutes. Thus, the exercise will become your ally in weight loss because you will repeat it with greater intensity and will encourage a faster metabolism work.
1. Squat down and place your hands at your feet. Follow them to the ground, and then extend your legs until you find yourself in the position of doing push-ups. Tighten abdominal muscles and hold this position for 10 seconds.2. Make 2 push-ups, jump or pull the legs toward your toes back in the first kneeling position and then repeat this step 2 more times.
3. Lie on your stomach, straight your legs and rxtend your arms in front of you. Then simultaneously raise your arms and legs off the floor and hold that position for 10 seconds.
