What should you do to live for more than 90 years?
To eat healthy? Practice regularly: Most likely, but you will also need some wine. At least that’s what the research conducted at the University of California, examined by 90-year-olds in the United States since 2003.
The researchers analyzed the daily habits of 1,700 people over the age of 90 and found that those who consumed about 2 cups of beer or wine a day had 18% less chances of premature death.
But why is that so? The reason is not very clear. According to the author of the research, Dr. Claudia Kawas, moderate drinking alcohol prolongs life expectancy.
Who are we to question her words?
Let’s make a drink on behalf of these discoveries!
